Inspired by the classical Weissenborn style acoustic lap steel guitar, this new solid body electric 6 string lap steel from Clearwater encompasses the same look and feel of the traditional Hawaiin lap guitar. Now used in all kinds of music from Hawaiian Hula to Heavy Metal. The lap steel sound is growing in popularity especially in Folk and Country music.

The Clearwater Lap Steel is equipped with two P90 style pickups giving it more sounds and greater flexibility than the usual single pickup lap steels. Not only does it sound good, it looks good too. Constructed from solid maple with a flamed maple top high gloss finish it really does look special.
